Applicable Scope: All domestic and international orders, wholesale orders, retail orders and customized product orders of our store

Purpose

This Transportation Policy is formally formulated to standardize the store’s global logistics and transportation service rules, clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the store and customers in land, sea and air transportation links, ensure standardized, transparent and efficient order delivery operations, and effectively solve logistics-related disputes, delays, damages and loss issues. This policy applies to all transportation methods supported by our store, including land freight, sea freight, and air freight services for all customer groups including individual consumers, corporate purchasers and wholesale distributors.

1. General Transportation Terms & Definitions

To ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of logistics services, the core transportation definitions are specified as follows:

1.1 Land Transportation: Refers to all ground-based delivery services, including domestic express delivery, road freight, truck bulk cargo transportation, intercity land distribution and cross-border land truck transportation, applicable to short-distance, medium-distance and conventional bulk orders with low timeliness requirements.

1.2 Sea Transportation: Refers to international and domestic ocean freight services, including FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping, port-to-port, door-to-port and door-to-door sea freight services, mainly applicable to large-volume, heavy-weight, low-timeliness bulk commodity orders and cross-border batch orders.

1.3 Air Transportation: Refers to commercial air freight and international express air delivery services, including standard air freight, priority air freight and emergency charter services, applicable to high-value, small-batch, time-sensitive urgent orders and cross-border fast delivery orders.

1.4 Logistics Cycle: Refers to the whole process from the completion of order payment, warehouse picking, packaging and shipment to customer signing for the goods, excluding order review time, customized product production cycle and holiday suspension time.

2. Eligibility & Service Coverage

2.1 Our store provides three-dimensional transportation services of land, sea and air for all valid orders. Customers can select the corresponding transportation method independently according to order volume, product attributes and delivery timeliness requirements.

2.2 Land Transportation Coverage: Covers all domestic regions, urban and rural areas, and adjacent cross-border land transportation channels. For remote mountainous areas, island areas and special traffic-restricted areas, land transportation may be adjusted or supplemented by other logistics methods, and the store will notify customers in advance.

2.3 Sea Transportation Coverage: Covers global mainstream shipping routes, including Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Oceania mainstream port groups, supporting all compliant cross-border sea freight businesses. Domestic coastal port-to-port transportation is also included in the scope of sea freight services.

2.4 Air Transportation Coverage: Covers global international airports and domestic air cargo hubs, supporting door-to-door air express, airport-to-airport freight and cross-border air parcel delivery services, covering most countries and regions with open air cargo customs clearance policies.

2.5 For regions with special customs supervision, trade embargo restrictions and logistics access restrictions, the store has the right to suspend or adjust transportation methods and will provide full refund or rescheduling solutions for affected orders.

3. Detailed Rules for Each Transportation Mode

3.1 Land Transportation Rules

3.1.1 Applicable Orders: Small and medium-sized retail orders, daily bulk wholesale orders, low-value conventional products, and orders with no urgent delivery requirements. The maximum weight and volume limit of single land transportation parcel shall comply with the regulations of mainstream domestic and international land logistics carriers.

3.1.2 Transit Time: Domestic urban land transportation takes 1-3 working days; domestic intercity transportation takes 3-7 working days; cross-border land truck transportation takes 7-15 working days. The above time is the conventional delivery cycle, excluding extreme weather, traffic control and peak logistics delays.

3.1.3 Cost Standard: Land freight is calculated according to product weight, volume and delivery distance. The store provides free land shipping services for orders that meet the threshold of free shipping; for small orders, remote orders and overweight/over-volume orders, standard land freight will be charged separately, and the specific cost will be displayed on the order settlement page in real time.

3.1.4 Service Standard: All land transportation goods are professionally packaged, with anti-collision, moisture-proof and dust-proof protection measures. The store provides real-time land logistics tracking information, and customers can query the delivery progress through the order system.

3.2 Sea Transportation Rules

3.2.1 Applicable Orders: Large-batch wholesale orders, heavy industrial products, low-unit-value bulk commodities, cross-border large-volume inventory replenishment orders, and orders with low timeliness requirements. Sea freight is not applicable for small-batch urgent orders and perishable products.

3.2.2 Transit Time: Domestic coastal sea transportation takes 5-10 working days; international near-sea routes take 15-30 working days; international long-distance ocean routes take 30-60 working days. The cycle includes sea navigation time, port loading and unloading time, and conventional customs clearance time, excluding port congestion, maritime weather disasters and customs inspection delays.

3.2.3 Freight Calculation: Sea freight is charged by container unit (FCL) or cubic meter volume (LCL). The quotation includes basic sea freight, port handling fee and document fee. Tariffs, customs clearance fees, destination port miscellaneous fees and door-to-door delivery fees are borne by customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2.4 Operation Process: After the order goods are ready, the store will complete warehouse loading, container stuffing and customs declaration; after the ship departs, we will provide customers with bill of lading, voyage information and real-time shipping tracking; after the goods arrive at the destination port, customers can pick up the goods by themselves or entrust the store to arrange door-to-door delivery.

3.2.5 Special Remarks: Sea transportation is affected by maritime seasons, typhoons, port policies and international trade policies, and occasional delays are inevitable. The store will not be liable for compensation for objective sea freight delays, but will actively assist customers in tracking goods and communicating with shipping companies for progress.

3.3 Air Transportation Rules

3.3.1 Applicable Orders: High-value precision products, electronic products, urgent customized orders, emergency replenishment orders, cross-border small-batch fast delivery orders, and time-sensitive goods that require short-cycle delivery.

3.3.2 Transit Time: Domestic air freight takes 1-2 working days; international near-border air freight takes 2-5 working days; international long-distance air freight takes 5-10 working days. Priority air freight and emergency air charter services can shorten the transit time, and the specific time shall be subject to the confirmed logistics schedule.

3.3.3 Freight Calculation: Air freight is charged by actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher), plus air cargo handling fee, security check fee and fuel surcharge. Emergency air charter services are quoted separately according to order volume and flight schedule.

3.3.4 Service Standard: Air freight goods adopt high-standard shockproof, pressure-resistant and sealed packaging. All air cargoes go through formal airline security inspection and customs declaration procedures. The store provides real-time flight tracking and cargo status feedback, and supports priority cargo clearance for urgent orders.

3.3.5 Prohibited Goods: In accordance with aviation safety regulations, flammable, explosive, magnetic, liquid, powdery and contraband goods are prohibited from air transportation. The store has the right to cancel air freight arrangements for non-compliant goods and adjust to other transportation methods.

4. Order Packaging & Cargo Protection Standards

4.1 All goods shipped by land, sea and air will be packaged in a targeted manner according to product attributes and transportation methods. Conventional products use carton packaging with bubble wrap; heavy goods use wooden frame reinforcement packaging; precision fragile products use customized foam shockproof packaging; sea freight long-distance transportation adds moisture-proof, rust-proof and anti-corrosion packaging layers.

4.2 The store strictly inspects the packaging integrity before shipment to avoid cargo damage caused by packaging defects. For special customized packaging requirements proposed by customers, additional packaging costs will be charged separately.

4.3 After the goods are shipped, the packaging loss and wear caused by long-distance transportation, handling and stacking belong to normal logistics loss, which does not affect the normal use of the goods, and the store will not bear compensation liability.

5. Logistics Tracking & Sign-off Rules

5.1 After the goods are shipped, the store will update the corresponding logistics tracking number (land express number, sea bill of lading number, air waybill number) in the customer order background within 24 working hours, and customers can check the real-time transportation progress through the official logistics platform.

5.2 For sea and air cross-border orders, the store will actively follow up the customs clearance progress, and timely notify customers of customs inspection, tariff payment and other matters requiring customer cooperation.

5.3 Sign-off Rules: Customers shall check the outer packaging and goods integrity on the spot when signing for the goods. If there is obvious packaging damage, cargo shortage or cargo damage, customers have the right to refuse to sign and take photos to retain evidence, and feed back to the store within 24 hours. If the customer signs for the goods without objection, it will be deemed that the goods are delivered completely and intact, and the store will no longer bear the responsibility for subsequent cargo damage and shortage.

6. Delay, Damage & Loss Handling Mechanism

6.1 Transportation Delay Handling

6.1.1 Delays caused by the store’s own reasons (delayed shipment, wrong goods arrangement): The store will take the initiative to communicate with customers, provide order progress updates, and give corresponding preferential compensation such as freight discount and store coupons according to the delay duration.

6.1.2 Delays caused by objective factors (extreme weather, natural disasters, port/airport congestion, customs temporary inspection, traffic control): Belong to force majeure factors, the store will not bear compensation liability, but will actively track the logistics progress, timely feedback to customers, and assist in solving logistics obstacles.

6.2 Cargo Damage & Shortage Handling

6.2.1 For cargo damage and shortage caused by improper store packaging or wrong shipment, the store will provide free replacement, full refund or partial compensation according to the actual loss after verifying the customer’s evidence.

6.2.2 For cargo damage and loss caused by logistics carrier’s handling errors, the store will assist customers in claiming compensation from logistics companies throughout the process, and follow up the compensation progress until the problem is resolved.

6.2.3 No compensation application will be accepted for damage caused by customer’s improper use, storage and artificial damage after signing for the goods.

6.3 Cargo Loss Handling

After confirming the total loss of goods in transportation, the store will verify the order value and logistics insurance situation, and provide full refund or re-delivery services for customers within the specified time, and the store will independently claim compensation from the logistics carrier.

7. Customs Clearance & Tariff Rules (Cross-border Orders)

7.1 For all cross-border sea and air transportation orders, the store is responsible for providing formal commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declaration documents to complete export customs clearance.

7.2 The import tariffs, value-added tax, customs inspection fees and other destination country fees generated by cross-border transportation shall be borne by the customer, unless the two parties have signed a written agreement to confirm that the store bears the relevant fees.

7.3 If the goods are detained or returned by the customs of the destination country due to customer’s provision of incorrect information, unqualified product certificates or customer’s personal reasons, all resulting freight losses, return fees and detention fees shall be borne by the customer.

7.4 The store will actively cooperate with customers to complete customs clearance review and provide all legal and compliant document support required for logistics customs clearance.

8. Freight Refund & Order Cancellation Rules

8.1 Before the goods are shipped, customers can apply for order cancellation and full freight refund. The store will complete the refund process within 1-3 working days.

8.2 After the goods are shipped, if the customer takes the initiative to cancel the order or return the goods, the one-way transportation fee, return transportation fee and logistics handling fee generated in the transportation process shall be deducted from the refund amount, and the store will not bear the loss of transportation costs.

8.3 For sea and air international orders that have completed customs declaration and shipment, due to the particularity of international logistics, the freight will not be refunded after shipment, and customers need to bear all subsequent logistics costs arising from order cancellation.

9. Prohibited & Restricted Transportation Goods

9.1 Our store strictly abides by domestic and international transportation safety regulations and prohibits the transportation of contraband, including but not limited to illegal dangerous goods, prohibited articles of various countries, infringing products, contraband drugs and prohibited biological products.

9.2 Restricted goods (liquid goods, battery products, magnetic products, fragile products, food and perishable products) need to be declared in advance by customers, and the store will adopt targeted transportation packaging and designated transportation methods after confirmation.

9.3 If the customer conceals the product attributes and causes logistics detention, fine, return or loss, all responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the customer.

10. Policy Revision & Final Interpretation

10.1 Our store reserves the right to revise and adjust this transportation policy according to logistics market changes, international trade policy adjustments and service optimization needs. The revised policy will take effect immediately after being published on the official store page.

10.2 All transportation services provided by the store are subject to this policy. Customers’ placement of orders and selection of transportation services shall be deemed as automatic recognition and compliance with all terms of this policy.
